Service Description
Hassle-free recurring booking for a lovely home. The Bang Tidy Classic, twice a week is our classic clean, designed to keep your home in great condition. Please note, if you have more than 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, we recommend that you get in touch with us. Living Room - Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decorative items. - Vacuum and/or mop the floor. - Clean windows and window sills. - Wipe down light switches and door handles. - Clean and polish any glass surfaces, such as coffee tables and TV stands. - Fluff and arrange cushions and pillows. - Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings. Kitchen - Clean and sanitise countertops and backsplashes. - Wipe down all appliances, including the stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. - Clean inside the microwave and spot clean the oven. - Clean and polish the sink and faucet. - Empty and clean the trash can. - Wipe down cabinets and drawer fronts. - Vacuum and/or mop the floor. - Clean and organize the pantry and refrigerator if time permits. Bedrooms - Dust all surfaces, including furniture and decorative items. - Make the beds with fresh linens. - Vacuum and/or mop the floors. - Clean windows and window sills. - Wipe down light switches and door handles. - Organize and tidy up clutter. - Clean mirrors and glass surfaces. Bathrooms - Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, and faucets. - Clean and disinfect toilets. - Scrub and clean the shower and bathtub. - Clean mirrors and glass surfaces. - Wipe down cabinets and drawer fronts. - Vacuum and/or mop the floor. - Replace towels and restock toiletries. Hallways and Common Areas - Dust all surfaces and decorative items. - Vacuum and/or mop the floors. - Clean windows and window sills. - Wipe down light switches and door handles. - Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings. General Tasks - Empty all trash bins and replace liners. - Clean and organize any additional areas, such as closets or laundry rooms, if time permits. - Ensure all rooms are tidied and presentable.
Cancellation Policy
Bang Tidy Cleaning Company Policy 1. Booking Policy *Calculation of Service Fees:* All service fees are calculated based on the scope of work, property size, and any additional services requested. A detailed quote will be provided prior to booking confirmation. *Early Bookings:* Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. This ensures optimal scheduling and availability of our cleaning staff. *Late Bookings:* Late bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the desired start time. This allows us sufficient time to allocate resources and prepare for your cleaning service. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy *Cancellation:* Clients may cancel their booking without any penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee. *Rescheduling:* Clients may reschedule their booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the start time will incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service fee. #### 3. Service Policy *Scope of Services:* Bang Tidy offers a range of cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized cleaning services such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Each service will be detailed in the service agreement provided during booking. *Quality Assurance:* We guarantee the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost. *Client Responsibilities:* Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled start time. Any delays caused by the client will result in a shortened cleaning time, as our staff must adhere to their scheduled commitments. *Safety and Security:* Our cleaning staff are trained to handle your belongings with care and respect. Bang Tidy is insured to cover any accidental damage caused by our staff. Clients are advised to secure valuables and inform our staff of any items requiring special care. *Health and Safety:* Our cleaning products and practices comply with health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of both our staff and clients. Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products. *Pet Policy:* Clients must inform us if there are pets on the premises.
